- How it works: When you ask a question or log a symptom, that specific text input, along with your current cycle phase, is processed by the AI to generate a response.
- Data Protection: We do not use your data to train public AI models. Data sent to the AI API is used solely to generate the response for your specific session.
- Human Oversight: We may review anonymized logs of AI interactions to ensure the advice remains safe, accurate, and empathetic.
- Not Medical Diagnosis: The AI is programmed to provide nutritional education based on biological inputs. It cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.
